This picture of Cash is hilarious. I saw this "Tummy Tub" on the Today show and got it for Cash. It squashes them all up like they are when they were in your tummy. He loves it. It is so freakin cute. Wow- time flies when your having fun, right? Well, a lot has happened in our family since my last post in February. Andrew turned 9, Mollie and Charlie turned 6, and Cash is getting humongous. He now weighs in at an impressive 20lbs. We are wrapping up the end of the school year and I have mixed emotions about it. Andrew will be going into 4th grade, and the twins will be in all day school in 1st grade. I'm glad and sad at the same time. They still seem like my "babies." Mollie got to go to her 1st Daddy Daughter Dance at school. She was so excited. They had a blast. Mollie and Charlie just had their end of the year kindergarten program last Friday. They dressed up as what they want to be when they grow up. Mollie was a teacher and Charlie was a baker. It was so dang cute!!!!

I just wanted to portray a day in the life of Charlie. He is one of the most funny, random, excited about life kids I know. He obsesses about holidays for about 2 months before they get here, and then when they are over, he moves onto the next holiday. So recently it was Valentines Day. For about two weeks he spent his time making "heart men" and hiding paper hearts he made all over the house for us to find. They had a huge blowout at school as you can see, so Charlie was in heaven. The picture that looks like Charlie and Andrew standing next to what they call their "locker" was decorated by Charlie with the girl with the brown, curly hair flowing down is supposed to be Gabriella from High School Musical. The boy is Troy. He makes me laugh so hard. One night he decided to put his cowboy boots out to wear the next day on top of the pop and water stack. Last night he came up to me at bedtime, right when I turn into a crazed lunatic trying to get everyone to stay in bed, and said"Mom, do you know what I want? A single spotlight, do you know what else? IT ALL." Both quotes from his favorite movie High School Musical 3. You can't help but laugh hysterically. I love that kid. The picture of Andrew,Charlie and me was before the Mom/Son dance at the school. It was a rocker theme. They hada blast. Cash is now almost 4 months old. I can't believe it. It goes way too fast!!!!

Chritmas morning

Nativity Play. We had Joseph, Mary, Baby Jesus, shephards, an angel, dogs, bears, and a rabbit. They were there too right?

Wow- we were in Utah for Christmas this year and it was action packed and a blast. The kids LOVE being with all their cousins, aunts, uncles, and grandparents. Dave and Patti,(Jon's parents) were nice enough to let us stay with them. They always make things so nice for us. The kids are entertained plus some the whole time, which makes it extra nice for me!! The snow was amazing. It pretty much snowed the whole time we were there. The kids were in heaven. They could sled everyday. Patti and Dave have this great hill in back that went into the woods, so the boys would get on their helmets and cruise down way fast and bash into the trees. They thought it was hilarious. All the Redd cousins were there except for Drew and Erica's new addition, Olivia. We missed them. My side of the family were not in town this year, just good old Babs and Charlie who we hung out with a lot too. Chuck was around a bit too with his friend Cami who we got to meet. We went to movies, lunches, dinners, an awesome Jazz vs. Mavericks game that Dave treated Jon's whole family to. He got a suite with amazing food and ice cream bar. Andrew thought that he had died and gone to heaven. He was so into the game and seeing all the players he watches on t.v. It was cute to see how excited he was. We also got to bless Cash at the Redd's house. I'm so glad we did it up there because we had most of our families there. It was so nice. We has four generations on Jon's side, Grandpa Jack, Dave, Jon and Cash. On my side we had Granny Goose,(Carol), my dad, myself, and Cash. Thanks everyone for being there and making it such a memorable blessing for Cash and Christmas!!!!!

Best Gift Ever

Cash had his one month check up yesterday and he is a healthy 10lbs. 2oz! Yep, he likes to eat, a lot. He is truly like his shirt says "The Best Gift Ever." I told Jon I already have my Christmas present. I am so in love with this baby! We are having so much fun with him. Mollie and Charlie just finished up with their soccer season. They had fun. After it was all over Charlie announced that he likes Halloween better than soccer. Shocker.

Sick of Being Sick

Have you ever had the feeling of having no control over your life? My life consists of trying to function around my constant feeling of extreme nausea and or puking. Pretty picture isn't it? GOOD TIMES!! Obviously I am prego as most of you know. About 3 months now. I hope I start seeing the light at the end of the tunnel soon, or my family is going to ask me to move out. The other day Mollie informed me that I had been in bed for days and she is sick of it. So am I. I have canker sores on my tongue from taking so many dissolving Zofran tablets. Trying to gag down pills doesn't work so good. Thanks for letting me vent. I have a good friend from Chi Omega and her sister, who I know well, her husband has a brain tumor. He has a website I have been following since he was diagnosed last September. It puts my situation in perspective. You should all take a look if you think you are having a bad day or are feeling sorry for yourself. It makes you realize how small your problems really are. He is amazing. His name is Rich Lloyd. Wow, time flies when you having fun. I could give you about 10 excuses for taking a little blogging break, but I won't bore you with the details. I just got done reading some blogs I haven't seen for a while, Linde tagged me. Usually I think these things are a little goofy, but it motivated me to blog without having to load pictures. This was the coolest part of the whole trip. Andrew got to fight Darth Vader. It was awesome. He got picked out of the audience with about 20 other kids. They got their Jedi training, and then Darth Vader appeared out of nowhere. Then the fight began.

If you haven't been at Christmas, you have to. It is awesome. Look at the castle. It's just "magical," if I don't say so myself.

The kids of course had a blast. We went with all the Redd side of the fam. All the cousins, aunts, uncles, and Patti and Dave. THANKS!!!!!! Grandma and Grandpa never cease to amaze us. You guys are the best.

Small World is so cool with the Christmas lights. We lucked out one night and happen

to be on the ride at 5:00 when the lights turn on. It was so pretty. This was one of the

kids favorite rides. They deck it out for Christmas inside also.

O.K. I am so sorry for the last three posts. They were not written by me. My mentally challenged husband thinks he is so hilarious. I made the HUGE mistake of leaving the blog on at the end of the night, and contrary to what a helpful husband Jon has made himself out to be, I left the blog on to get dinner ready, homework done, dishes, laundry, baths, jammies, reading, ect. So, in the meantime, who actually has time to write a blog? Jon. He always says he is "working." Now we all know he is dinking around. Big Jerk. At least he makes me laugh, sometimes.

Tuckered Out...

Well, I’m not even sure what to say here. I guess I’m just really tuckered out. Boot camp has taken its toll on me. The kids and I were just fixin’ to go to bed early. My loving husband, Jon, took this picture at 7:35 last night. When I have the kids crash in our bed poor Jon usually has to sleep on the floor with Shaggy. I don’t know how much Jon likes it - he has a really bad back and he says that sleeping on the floor hurts his back incredibly bad, but the kids and I don't loss any sleep over it (obviously). I'm just glad that Shaggy seems to be so happy to have a friend that sleeps on the floor. Hopefully I’ll have enough energy to blog tomorrow… It has been a REALLY tough week already and it is only Monday.

This is how Jon spent all day Sunday. He was with the kids - feeding them, getting them ready, doing laundry, cleaning the house and spending all his free time keeping them entertained. Sad but true. He also had the kids put on their jersey's. He said Mollie is the only one that gets collage paid for, his only Colts fan. I spent most of the day rotating my time between eatting (the food that Jon made), taking long naps and reading my book. I loved it. I did try to take Shaggy on a walk, but he only made it to the end of the driveway before he got really tired. I lucked out because I was super tired too. So, after my driveway walk with Shaggy I went back down for my third nap. Sundays really take a lot out of me.

This is how the kids wanted to spend Saturday night. It's still so warm it felt good to go for a swim.

We were all so excited that the doctors let Amanda leave her "special house" with the padded rooms and she was able come out for a few hours on Halloween. The handcuffs were a little awkward, but they made it safer for everyone. Beyond drooling all over her costume and make-up, we thought she was really well behaved. The lithium has done wonders and we are so thankful for the miracle of modern medicine. Just to think that a month ago she actually thought she was a cherry flavored Jell-O Jiggler. Our special friend, Amanda, was so excited to get all that candy. We could tell that people didn't understand when she would trick or treat and she kept on asking for a spoon. We tried to tell her that she didn't need to eat the candy with a spoon - but she just kept asking and asking and asking... Anyways, we were so excited that our special Amanda was able to get out. Hopefully the doctors will let her out again for Christmas. We got her a Little Einstein DVD (since we know it is her favorite) and we hope to be able to wrap it up for her and watch her drool all over it Christmas morning.

It's finally here. The big day. Charlie was in heaven all day. The only thing was it felt like summer, not the end of October. It had to be at least 90 degrees. At the elementary school parade we were sweating to death in the sun. The kids had a blast, but Mollie and Charlie both finally said they were sweaty and wanted to go in. When the parade was over Andrew took off his costume and he was soaking wet. Gross right? He wanted to be a "bloody, scary guy." So there he is. Mollie was a witch, and Charlie a pirate.

Well, it happened my friends. Babs paid us a little suprise visit on Friday. Don't get me wrong, we love Babs, but we were a little shocked and amazed she pulled a visit off. She flew down to St. George on Thursday and stayed at their place there. Then she came on down to "sin city" on Friday and stayed overnight, then went back up on Saturday afternoon. So we just wanted to tell Babs thanks so much for spending part of the weekend with us. The kids had a blast. We went to Cheesecake for lunch on Friday and she was so nice to watch the kids that night so I could go to bootcamp!!! What a trooper!!!!! Jon was out of town all week so my alone time was much appreciated. Jayden came over on Saturday and we all went out to breakfast. Andrew went to his first basketball "draft" that day. It was hilarious to watch the "rookies" display their skills. They put them on teams, then they start games in a couple weeks. Andrew can't wait. We had a blast with Jayden. He is a cute little guy!!!

Andrew had pictures at school yesterday. He is great at posing too. This pic is for the fam in Utah that haven't seen the short "do" yet. The morning went relatively smooth compared to most mornings. I got to do the hair and he chose the shirt. Usually it's a battle of the hair. He usually wins. Jon keeps telling me to "pick my battles." I'm still not ready to give this one up.
